Special tools manufacturing
Our production facility manufactures solid carbide special tools and also brazed tools (HSS + carbide, carbide + PCD) based on customer drawings or on our own design depending on the application, thanks to close collaboration among the technical office, production department and quality control room.

Resharpening & Reconditioning
Using advanced CNC resharpening machines and optical quality control systems, we provide a reconditioning and resharpening service for worn tools to restore the original cutting geometry and performance.

Coating
Thanks to our in-house department dedicated to coating and pre/post surface treatments, we can perform all coatings using PVD technology (Physical Vapour Deposition), both metal nitride-based and carbon-based (ta-C). Our in-house coating process guarantees a fast, flexible and high-quality service.
