Our workshop manufactures special tools in solid carbide and brazed (HSS + carbide, carbide + PCD) to customer drawings and/or our own design, depending on the application, thanks to close collaboration between the technical office, workshop and metrology room.

Sharpening & Reconditioning
Using state-of-the-art CNC sharpening machines and optical inspection systems, we provide a reconditioning and sharpening service for worn tools to restore the original cutting geometry and performance.

Coating
Thanks to our in-house department dedicated to coating and pre/post surface treatments, we can perform all coatings using PVD technology (Physical Vapour Deposition), both metal nitride-based and carbon-based (ta-C). Our in-house coating process guarantees a fast, flexible and high-quality service.
